"I initially contacted Rona for an estimate to replace our 22 year old furnace and water heater with new, energy efficient units. At the same time, I asked that the quote include the installation of an A/C Unit. Rona recommended that I contact Mr. Burkes Plumbing and Heating, a Rona sanctioned contractor. Paul Burke inspected our strata unit and provided a price for all three units. The quote was very competitive in comparison to other quotes received. Mr. Burke said 2 to 3 days would be required for the installation. We decided to go ahead with the renovations and booked a date a few weeks in the future. Mr. Burke arrived on time and installed the new furnace and water heater the first day. The second day, another crew attended to install the A/C unit. They were unable to complete the AC installation in one day due to a minor injury but returned the following day and completed the job. The installation of the A/C system was made more difficult due to a finished basement but the job was completed within the three days and within the quoted price. I was very pleased with Paul and Scott, the electrician plus the Air Conditioning crew. They were all very professional, friendly and knew their business. Jackie Burke completed all the paper work for the rebates and permits. I would not hesitate to refer Mr. Burkes Plumbing & Heating to a friend."
